運動員技術創造力、教練領導風格與選手成績之研究

The Research on Athletes' Technological Creativity, Coach Leadership Style and Athletes' Performance

摘要


本研究主要在以創造力、領導風格及績效的相關理論為基礎,進一步探討運動員技術創造力、教練領導風格與選手成績的影響。研究抽樣對象以棒球員為主,共15個球隊,發放500份問卷,排除無效問卷後得有效問卷379人,回收使用率達75.80%。研究工具包含技術創造力量表、教練領導風格量表及選手成績量表,資料分析以描述性統計、驗證性因素分析及結構方程模式(SEM)等方式。研究結果發現:1.運動員技術創造力對選手成績有顯著正向影響;2.運動員技術創造力對教練領導風格有顯著正向影響;3.教練領導風格對選手成績有顯著正向影響;4.運動員技術創造力透過教練領導風格的中介效果,正向影響選手成績。結論:運動員技術創造力及教練領導風格對於選手成績皆有正向影響,而運動員技術創造力透過不同教練領導風格帶領,更提升選手成績,因此,建議透過運動員技術創造力激發,尋求適合自己教練領導風格帶領,期獲得更好比賽成績,以達到培育更優質運動選手之目的。

The main purposes of this research were to investigate the influence of athletes' technological creativity, coach leadership style and athletes' performance. This sampling object of research were 15 basketball teams in middle of Taiwan, with 379 usable questionnaires and returned rate is 75.80%. The research method included technological creativity scale, coach leadership style scale and performance scale. The statistical methods, such as Descriptive statistics, Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and Structural equation model (SEM), were used to perform analyses. The main findings of this research were: 1) athletes' technological creativity would significantly positively influence performance. 2) athletes' technological creativity would significantly positively influence coach leadership style. 3) coach leadership style would significantly positively athletes' performance. 4) athletes' technological creativity had mediating Effect to influence performance by the coach leadership style. The result showed that athletes' technological creativity and the coach leadership style would positively influence on athletes' performance, and the athletes' technological creativity would upgrade performance by different coach leadership styles. The research suggested that athletes would stimulate technological creativity and look for suitable coach leadership style to promotion performance of competition and to achieve the purpose of fostering high quality athletes.
