全國高中職羽球運動員知覺教練領導行為與訓練滿意度之研究

A Study of Perceived Coach Leadership Behavior and Training Satisfaction in High School and Vacational High School Badminton Athletes

摘要

本研究旨在探討全國高中職羽球運動員知覺教練領導行為與訓練滿意度之現況，並比較不同背景變項之全國高中職羽球運動員在知覺教練領導行為與訓練滿意度之差異情形。本研究以350位102學年度全國高中職羽球運動員為研究對象，並以自編之「全國高中職羽球運動員知覺教練領導行為與訓練滿意度量表」為研究工具，實施問卷調查。依據問卷調查所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析、LSD事後比較、皮爾森積差相關等方法進行統計分析。本研究結果發現：一、曾獲「全國羽球比賽前八名」、「縣（市）羽球比賽前四名」之運動員對教練領導行為在「民主行為」因素構面上，顯著高於「未獲名次」之運動員。二、不同背景變項之全國高中職羽球運動員在訓練滿意度上，女運動員對訓練滿意度在「教練領導」及「團隊關係」構面上，顯著高於男運動員；曾獲「全國羽球比賽前八名」之運動員對訓練滿意度在「個人表現」構面上，顯著高於「縣（市）羽球比賽前四名」之運動員；「未獲名次」之運動員在「訓練計畫」構面上，顯著高於「縣（市）羽球比賽前四名」之運動員。三、知覺教練領導行為與訓練滿意度達顯著正相關。

The purpose of this study was to discuss the present status and the difference in perceived coach leadership behavior and training satisfaction among High School and Vacational High School badminton athletes due to various demographic factors. Data was collected from a survey questionnaire (A Scale of Coach Leadership Behavior Inventory). The sample respondents were 350 high school and vacational high school badminton athletes of school year 2013 in Taipei. Descriptive statistics of all variables were examined. Data obtained in this survey was further analyzed applying T test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), post hoc pair-wise comparison (e.g., LSD), and Pearson correlation. The analytical results indicated that:1. The result showed significant difference in the perception of coaches' ”reward behavior” among groups of varied length of training. Athletes who ranked top 8 at national competitions and top 4 at the city or county tournament perceived significantly higher ”democratic behavior” from coaches than those who did not rank at the national, county or municipal level.2. With regard to the training satisfaction, female athletes showed significantly higher satisfaction in ”coaches' training” and ”team relationship” than male athletes. Athletes who ranked top 8 at national competitions reported higher ”personal achievement” than those who only ranked top 4 at the county or municipal level. Lastly, athletes who do not have any national county or municipal ranking reported higher in ”training program” than those who ranked top 4 at the county or municipal level.3. Perceived coach leadership behavior and training satisfaction are positively correlated.
