國、高中羽球選手教練領導行為及訓練滿意度之關係

A Study of on the Relationship between Coach's Leadership Behavior and Training Satisfaction among Junior and Senior High School's Badminton Player

摘要


本研究之目的在於:一、了解國、高中羽球選手教練領導行為及訓練滿意度之現況。二、探討不同背景變項在國、高中羽球選手教練領導行為及訓練滿意度之差異情形。三、探討國、高中羽球選手教練領導行為及訓練滿意度之關係。本研究以問卷調查法來收集所需資料,問卷包含:一、個人基本資料;二、國、高中羽球選手教練領導行為量表;三、國、高中羽球選手教練訓練滿意度量表。研究對象以國、高中羽球選手為母群體,抽樣方式採分層隨機方式,本研究以國、高中職學校之羽球校隊為正試對象,共計發出400份問卷,回收有效問卷396份,剔除資料填答不全者,合計有效樣本為338份,有效回收率為85%。資料處理採敘述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及皮爾遜積差相關。本研究主要結論為:一、國、高中羽球選手教練領導行為上,各向度感受教練領導行為最大為「訓練與指導」。二、國、高中羽球選手訓練滿意度上,各向度感受訓練滿意度最大為「教練領導」。三、男性選手、非體育班之國、高中羽球選手的教練領導行為較高。四、不同性別之國、高中羽球選手的訓練滿意度較高。五、國、高中羽球選手教練領導行為與訓練滿意度達顯著正相關。

The purposes of this study were to (a) understand the current statues of coach leadership and training satisfaction among junior and senior high school's badminton player; (b) discuss the differences of different background items between badminton player training satisfaction and coach leadership; (c) discuss the relationship between training satisfaction and coach leadership. This study used questionnaire to collect needing information. The questionnaire included (a) demographic information sheet; (b) badminton player coach leadership scale; (c) badminton player training satisfaction scale. The samples were 400 junior and senior high school badminton player in Taiwan. From the survey returned, 85% was coded. Descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson Product-Moment correlation were computed for data analysis. The results indicated that (a) coach leadership among junior and senior high school badminton player each most greatly experience coach's behavior of leading to degree 'train and guide'; (b) training satisfaction greatly 'the coach lead' to each experience satisfaction of training most to degree; (c) different grade's senior high school male badminton player with in coach leadership; (d) with different gender was high among junior and senior high school's badminton player; (e) coach leadership and training satisfaction were significantly correlated.
