教練領導與團隊凝聚力對羽球選手滿意度之研究

The Studies of the Coach Leadership, Team Cohesion, and Players Satisfaction in Badminton Players

摘要


本研究目的旨在瞭解不同區域國中羽球選手對教練領導力、團隊凝聚力及自我滿意度的表現。本研究採立意取樣方式進行,以北、中、南三區國中羽球校隊選手為研究對象,共發出300 份問卷,剔除無效問卷共回收有效問卷292 份,有效問卷回收率為97.3%,問卷所得數據以SPSS for Windows 18.0 統計軟體進行處理,以描述統計、卡方檢定、獨立樣本t 檢定、變異數分析與Tukey 事後比較等方法進行分析,顯著水準定為α=.05。本研究結果發現:一、不同地區國中羽球選手對於教練領導力與團隊凝聚力比較上達顯著差異,滿意度則無顯著差異。二、中部地區選手對於教練領導力及團隊凝聚力明顯較高。三、訓練年資1-2 年的選手在自我滿意度比較上明顯較高,此結果可提供國中羽球教練未來在帶隊與訓練指導上之參考。

The purpose of this study is to understand the status of the badminton coach leadership behavior, team cohesion, and self-satisfaction. The results will provide a reference for coach in team leading. In this study, a total of 300 questionnaires, and 292 valid questionnaires were collected from badminton player of junior high school in Taiwan. The rate of effective questionnaire was 97.3% and the questionnaire data were obtained and analyzed by SPSS Windows 18.0, descriptive statistics, chi-square test, independent sample t test, variance analysis, and Tukey posteriori comparison. The significant different α=.05. According to the results we can discover: 1. The badminton players who students in junior high school in different area significant differences in coach leadership and team cohesion, but no significant difference in player satisfaction. 2. The players in Central Taiwan had higher coach leadership and team cohesion in comparison. 3. The players whose exercise age were between 1-2 year had higher self-satisfaction. The results can provide a reference for badminton coach in team leading and training in junior high school.
