老年人憂鬱情緒、休閒滿意、生活型態與生活滿意狀況之探討

摘要

本研究目的主要在探討老年人不同的憂鬱情緒狀況在休閒滿意、生活型態與生活滿意上之情形。以台南地區老年人為研究對象，資料蒐集方式為問卷調查，共發出400份，有效問卷334份，有效回收率為83.5%。回收資料被用以進行多變量變異數分析，結果顯示不同情緒狀態受測者在心理、放鬆、社會、身體、教育、美感等休閒滿意層面與整體休閒滿意均呈現顯著之差異；不同情緒狀態受測者在自我實現與日常活動等生活滿意層面與整體生活滿意皆呈現顯著之差異；而不同情緒狀態受測者在生活型態各層面與整體生活型態則無顯著之差異。

The purpose of this research was to explore the different status of depression on leisure satisfaction, life style and life satisfaction of older adults in Tainan city area as subjects and using survey instruments for data collection, 400 surveys were distributed and 334 valid surveys were returned for a rate of 83.5%. The returned data was analyzed by MANOVA. The results showed that the different status of depression had a significant difference on dimension of leisure satisfaction, which included psychological, social, physical, educational, relaxation, aesthetic, and overall leisure satisfaction. The different status of depression had a significant difference on dimension of life satisfaction, which included actualization, daily activity, and overall life satisfaction. However, there had no significant difference existed between the different status of depression and each dimension of life style.
