摘要

本文運用文獻資料對桌球球拍、球體演進及各項規則改革做回顧，並從西元2000年至今幾次較為重大的器材及規則改革，對桌球運動產生的影響，進行總結歸納，並提出訓練策略，期望能增加桌球運動的人口、縮小強弱差距、增加比賽觀賞性，使桌球運動得到良性發展。

This article reviews the evolution of table tennis rackets, balls and rules through literature reviews. It, meanwhile, concludes from the effects upon table tennis due to a few of major transformation of equipments and rules since 2000. By providing training strategies, it is expected to increase the number of people playing table tennis and also bridge the gap between high and low table tennis abilities. In addition, with a delight to watch the games, table tennis can be developed in a nice way.
