擰球技術對桌球競賽之影響

摘要

目的：擰球技術是目前男子桌球選手最常使用的接發球技術之一，本研究旨在探討頂尖男子桌球選手接發球之策略，藉此評估擰球技術對於桌球競賽之影響以及效益。方法：以2020年男子桌球世界盃（ITTF Man's World Cup）四強選手作為研究對象，並以影片回顧的方式，蒐集準決賽至決賽之相關數據，所得數據以描述性統計建立資料。結果：擰球技術的使用率為23%，擰球後得分率為52%，其中直接得分佔29%，間接得分33%，而未採用擰球技術得分率僅有44%。結論：接發球時擰球技術使用廣泛，並具高得分率，顯示其可用性，然而仍須注意使用擰球技術之比率與配套策略。

Purpose: Twist technique is currently one of the most commonly used receiving techniques by men's table tennis players. This study was designed to investigate the strategy of top men's table tennis player receive, thereby evaluate the impact of table tennis competition of twist technology for the benefit. Method: Taking the top four players of the ITTF Man's World Cup in 2020 as the research object, and collecting relevant data from the semi-finals to the finals by way of film reviews. The obtained data is established by descriptive statistics. Result: The usage ratio of twist technology is 23%, and the scoring ratio after twist is 52%, of which 29% are directly scored and 33% are scored indirectly, while the scoring ratio without twist technology is only 44%. Conclusion: When receiving the serve, twist technique is widely used and has a high scoring ratio to show its usability. However, it is still necessary to notice the ratio and supporting strategy of using the twist technique.
