桌球檯內擰接發球技術是一項創新的接發球技術,也是一種檯內進攻技術,現今許多優秀選手都非常注重這項技術的運用,希望通過這項技術來爭取在比賽中搶先上手、主動進攻的機會,並佔據比賽的優勢。謝曉東(2012)在第51屆世桌賽男子單打前八強的檯內球處理技術中,以分析男單運動員為研究對象,對八強至決賽中檯內球技術進行探討進而得知,張繼科奪得冠軍與檯內球技術出眾有直接關係,其主動進攻檯內球成功後得分率達72.7%。檯內球技術的主要特點就是在有限的時間、空間內,盡可能延長揮拍幅度,用摩擦擊球的方法,提高球的命中率和旋轉性,從而為爭取主動創造機會。大多數桌球技術的創新源自於運動比賽中,而有部分是偶然的發明。本文的目的是探討現今世界桌壇先進的檯內擰球技術及其在比賽中的運用價值,以期許能帶給國內教練及選手瞭解此新技術與實質效益。
"Side twists on table technique" is an innovative skill for returning services in table tennis and also an attacking skill on table. Currently, many exceptional players have emphasized on the application of this skill in order to gain control and play aggressively, and thus dominate the games. Hsieh (2012) has examined and analyzed the techniques of on-the-table shots of the men's single events from quarterfinals to finals at the 2012 World Table Tennis Championships. Through his study, there was a direct relationship between the men's single champion Chi-Ke Chang and his excellent techniques particularly in the on-the-table shots, scored 72.2% after each on-the-table shots attacked. The main feature of the side twists on table technique is to extend the swing amplitude as long as you can and to hit the ball with friction, raising the hitting rate as well as the spin of the ball, and thereby create opportunities for enhancing the pace. Most of the innovative techniques stem from table tennis games or matches, and some of them are created by accident. The aim of this article is to discuss the side twists on table technique in table tennis world nowadays and its practical value in competition. Thus, table tennis coach and players can understand the new technique and its benefits.
