桃園市國小體育課教師教學效能現況與關係之研究

A Study on the Relationship between PE Teachers’ and Teaching Effectiveness of Elementary Schools in Taoyuan City

摘要


本研究主要探討桃園市國小體育課教師教學效能之現況及關係。本研究採用自編問卷為研究工具,以桃園市國小體育課教師為研究對象,共發出研究問卷600份,回收有效問卷412份,有效問卷回收率為68.67%,所得資料採用t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關、多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料處理,問卷回收所得資料採用SPSS for Windows 12.0版套裝軟體進行統計分析,所得資料經統計分析後發現,桃園市國小體育課教師之教學效能屬中上程度,不同「學歷」之體育教師,其教學效能有顯著差異。

The purposes of this study were to explore the current situation and the relationship between PE teachers’ teaching effectiveness of elementary schools in Taoyuan City District. The questionnaire was developed by the researcher based upon the literature review and documentary analyses. 600 samples were chosen from elementary schools in Taoyuan City District. Finally, 412 data were collected and were analyzed by SPSS for Windows 12.0. The statistical methods include factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product-moment correlation. The findings from the analysis were summarized as follows: 1)The PE teachers of elementary schools perceived an upper level on teaching effectiveness. 2)The teaching effectiveness of PE teachers was affected by their education levels.
