本研究旨在探討桃園市國小特教教師工作倦怠、休閒調適策略與情緒勞務之關係。以「國民小學特殊教育教師在工作倦怠、情緒勞務感受與休閒調適策略之調查問卷」為研究工具,共發出429份問卷,有效問卷408份,有效問卷率95%。回收問卷資料以統計套裝軟體SPSS18.0中文版執行,以皮爾森積差、多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法找出變項之間的關係,再以階層多元迴歸分析工作倦怠對情緒勞務的預測解釋力,並以國民小學特殊教育教師之休閒調適策略作為干擾變項的預測情形,顯著水準定為α=.05。結果發現:桃園市國小特教教師感受工作倦怠、休閒調適策略與情緒勞務程度為中等偏高;乏人性、正面情緒休閒與情緒表達多樣性具有正向影響;當工作缺乏成就感是屬於低正面情緒休閒活動的情境時,應重視工作缺乏成就所帶來的感受程度,如此才能有效提升情緒多樣性、情緒深層行為與情緒深層行為表現。最後,根據研究結果提出建議,以供教育相關單位、學校相關單位及未來研究參考。
This research was purposed to explore the relationship among job burnout leisure coping and emotional labor of elementary schools species education teachers. This research is conducted by means of the "questionnaire about elementary schools species education teachers in Taoyuan County to involve Job Burnout, leisure coping and emotional labor" as a tool with elementary schools species education teachers. It means when job sense of achievement is lack, the work of emotional expression will be more than unitary, but it strengthen leisure coping, enhance the positive emotions and ease the physical and mental, he work of emotional expression will be great. According to research results, some suggestions are raised with the reference available for the departments relevant to education and school for the upcoming research effort.
