資訊科技在大學體育課程之應用

Applications of Information Technology in Support of Physical Education in Colleges and Universities

摘要


現今科技與資訊相對發達且便利,大學生對於使用手機及相關3C產品駕輕就熟,因此體育教學不該侷限於教學現場,適時應用資訊科技,提高學生的學習動機與教師教學效果。許多研究發現,透過相關資訊科技融入在體育教學,能有效提升學習動機、動作技能學習等,顯示教師只要能適時使用關科技產品,能有效提升教學效果。本文透過相關研究整理,探討資訊科技在體育授課前、中、後的應用,並提供相關之作法,盼能提高大學體育課程的功能及重要性。

Electronics and information technologies nowadays are both relatively developed and convenient. Students in colleges and universities are generally familiar with the use of mobile phones and related computer, communications, and consumer electronics (3C) products. Therefore, physical education and training should not be limited to on-site teaching and learning. Many studies suggested that through applying relevant information technology to the teaching activities, it is likely to motivate students and to improve their motor skill learning results. The teaching effectiveness of instructors can also be further enhanced as long as relevant information technology products are utilized appropriately. Through investigating various related studies, this paper explored the applications of information technology before, during, and after physical teaching activities. It is expected to provide relevant measures for enhancing the functionality and importance of physical courses in colleges and universities.
