摘要

近幾年，民眾對運動健康與休閒觀念已然形成，運動場館也已成為民眾運動休閒生活一部分。然而，有效率的運動場館經營模式更是每位元經營團隊管理者所需要的營運策略，因此，運動場館應透過資訊科技自動化，以及強化滾動式服務品質，不僅有效率節省人力成本，更能提升經營管理效率。
