網球分腿式站位發球之運動學與表現相關分析

Correlation analysis of kinematics and performance of foot-back stance tennis serve

摘要


目的:探討網球分腿式站位發球之運動學與表現相關分析。方法:本研究招募8名以師範大學體育學院網球專選班男性學生為研究對象,每位共執行2次網球分腿式站位發球,選其發球球速最快一次進行資料分析,其平均身高177.88 ± 5.22公分、體重71.38 ± 6.80公斤、年齡23.25 ± 1.49歲、球速20.95 ± 3.41秒/公尺。結果:雙腳起跳之球拍速度與球速為高顯著正相關(r = 0.841, p = 0.009);擊球瞬間之上臂速度與球速為顯著正相關(r = 0.778, p = 0.023);擊球瞬間之前臂速度與球速為顯著正相關(r = 0.724, p = 0.042);擊球瞬間之手速度與球速為高顯著正相關(r = 0.846, p = 0.008);擊球瞬間之球拍速度與球速為顯著正相關(r = 0.732, p = 0.039)。結論:網球分腿式站位發球技術是由下肢與上肢大肌肉與小肌肉相互控制與配合,其動作是涉及整個動力鏈發力,不單依靠上肢手臂的力量,更要利用全身協調力量與速度來獲得最大的擊球瞬間之球速運動表現。

Objective: To explore the kinematics and performance correlation analysis of foot-back tennis service. Methods: This study recruited 8 male students from the tennis special class of the School of Physical Education of Normal University as the participants. Each of them performed 2 foot-back tennis service, and the fastest serve was selected for data analysis. The average height 177.88 ± 5.22 cm, weight 71.38 ± 6.80 kg, age 23.25 ± 1.49 years old, ball velocity 20.95 ± 3.41 s/m. Results: The velocity of the racket when jumping with both feet is significantly positively correlated with the velocity of the ball (r = 0.841, p = 0.009); The velocity of the forearm is significantly positively correlated with the velocity of the ball (r = 0.724, p = 0.042); the velocity of the hand at the moment of hitting the ball is significantly positively correlated with the velocity of the ball (r = 0.846, p = 0.008); There was a significant positive correlation (r = 0.732, p = 0.039). Conclusion: Foot-back tennis service was controlled and coordinated by the large and small muscles of the lower limbs and upper limbs. Its action involves the entire kinetic chain to exert force. It not only relies on the strength of the upper limbs and arms, but also uses the coordination of strength and velocity of the whole body to get the maximum ball velocity performance at the moment of hitting the ball.
