國民小學教師領導實施現況之研究

A Study of the Implementation ofTeacher Leadership in Elementary Schools

摘要


本研究旨在探討並驗證國民小學教師領導之研究。本研究之具體目的在了解目前國民小學教師領導的實際現況;探究不同背景變項在國民小學教師領導的差異情形。為達上述目的,本研究採取文獻蒐集、分析與問卷調查研究等研究方法,以臺灣、澎湖地區公立國民小學校長、主任、組長、教師為研究對象,研究工具為研究者自編之「國民小學教師領導調查問卷」。採分層隨機抽樣方法,計抽取樣本學校299所,共發出正式問卷3195份,共回收1816份,可用問卷1794份,正式問卷回收率為56.84%,回收問卷可用率為56.15%。本研究分別以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析等方法分析資料,本研究之結論計有:一、國民小學教師領導之現況佳。二、男性在教師領導之知覺顯著高於女性。三、校長對於教師領導之知覺顯著高於其他成員,行政人員的感受也顯著高於教師。四、服務年資21-30年(含)以上的人員知覺顯著高於20年(含)以下人員。五、東區、南區的人員在部分層面上的知覺顯著高於中區、北區的人員。六、12班(含)以下的人員對於教師領導的知覺會比其他班級數的人員高。七、不同校長性別的學校人員在教師領導的知覺上沒有顯著差異。八、校長在該校年資達五年(含)以上的學校人員在教師領導的知覺會顯著高於五年以下的人員。本研究依據結論,針對教育行政主管機關、學校經營及未來研究提出建議供各界參考。

The purpose of this study was to understand the current situations of teacher leadership, and to analyze the difference of perception of teacher leadership among different personal and school backgrounds.The method adopted in this study was survey research. Data were collected from principals and teachers of public elementary schools in Taiwan and Penghu. The instrument of this research was the ”Investigation Questionnaire on teacher leadership in elementary schools” constructed by the author. Adopting Stratified Random sampling, the study sent out 3,195 questionnaires in 299 schools, with 1,816 questionnaires returned and 1,794 of them being usable, achieving a return rate of questionnaires at 56.84% and a return rate of usable questionnaires at 56.15%.Descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the data. The following conclusions were drawn from this study:1. Current situations of teacher leadership that principals and teachers experienced were excellent.2. The male subjects experienced teacher leadership significantly higher than female subjects.3. The principals experienced teacher leadership significantly higher than teachers, and administrative teachers experienced significantly higher than teachers.4. The subjects' career-service period over 20 years experienced teacher leadership significantly higher than those of career-service period within 20 years.5. The subjects lived in east and south of Taiwan experienced teacher leadership significantly higher than those lived in central and north of Taiwan.6. The subjects in schools less than 12 classes experienced teacher leadership significantly higher than other schools.7. There are no significant differences in teacher leadership in terms of principal's gender.8. The subjects in schools with principals' service period in the present school above 5 years experienced teacher leadership significantly higher than other schools.According to the findings and conclusions given above, the study proposed recommendations for school management, educational administrative institutions, and future researches.
