幼儿园小班绘本教学现状调查研究-以上海市闵行区常春藤幼儿园为例

摘要


本研究以上海市闵行区常春藤幼儿园的两名教师为研究对象,采用访谈,观察,对其教师绘本教学的研究,描述现状、发现问题,同时提出相应的对策。主要研究教师对绘本教育的价值认知,绘本的喜爱程度及选择和教育难度的认识。观察教师在绘本教学活动中导入、提问与回应、教学方式、结束活动的状况。依据访谈和观察发现幼儿园绘本课程的安排是园内统一购买配套的,在绘本的选择上无考量教育价值,幼儿园内部缺乏有效的教研活动支持。教师对绘本的选材存在着拿来即用的思想,没有根据幼儿的实际情况来进行教学,对绘本的研析方式停留在浅阅读的层次。对与这些问题,提出了相应的建议:第一要提高教师自身专业能力,第二要提高教师在教学活动中的提问和应答的有效性。第三幼儿园应把更多的优秀的绘本引入到绘本教学中,开展教研活动的次数也要适当增加,提供教师专业成长的机会,从而提高教师开展优秀的绘本教学活动的能力。

This study took two teachers of Ivy kindergarten in minhang district, Shanghai as the research objects, adopted interview and observation, studied the teaching of picture books by their teachers, described the current situation, found problems, and put forward corresponding countermeasures. This paper mainly studies teachers' recognition of the value of picture book education, their love of picture books and their understanding of the selection and difficulty of education. Observe the situation of teachers' introduction, questions and responses, teaching methods and ending activities in picture book teaching activities. According to the interviews and observations, it is found that the arrangement of picture books in the kindergarten is purchased by the park. There is no educational value in the selection of picture books, and there is no effective support for teaching and research activities in the kindergarten. Teachers have the idea of using picture books for material selection without teaching according to children's actual situation. The research and analysis method of picture books is at the level of shallow reading. Some Suggestions are put forward to solve these problems: first, to improve teachers' professional competence; second, to improve the effectiveness of teachers' questioning and answering in teaching activities. Third, kindergartens should introduce more excellent picture books into the teaching of picture books, and the number of teaching and research activities should be appropriately increased to provide teachers with opportunities for professional growth, so as to improve teachers' ability to carry out excellent picture book teaching activities.
