摘要

科技部在2019年舉辦破壞性創新論文選拔，獎勵11篇「深具破壞性創新概念論文」，皆是刊登在全球頂尖期刊，作者來自前端學術單位。以上，不符合哈佛大學教授Christensen的破壞性創新理論精神。本研究示範破壞性創新實踐，以闡述破壞性創新的精神。本研究透過發布《金融市場》免費公開教科書，預期成為臺灣境內的主宰教科書，實踐破壞性創新的手段，不僅在提供讀者免費下載，更將每月更新金融數據、納入最新時事議題，用生動圖表呈現金融市場數據，而且同時實踐翻轉教室精神，在教科書每一段落標示公開講解的YouTube影片。

In 2019, the Ministry of Science and Technology gave awards to eleven academic articles for incorporating the essentials of distruptive innovation. Those awarded articles were published in top-tier academic journals and the authors are from front-tier institutions in Taiwan, which do not conform with the expectation of Christensen's distrutive innovation theory. This paper intends to use distruptive innovation itself to demonstrate an essential application of this concept. We are set to publish the prototype of a free-to-download textbook for students of financial markets. We expect it to dominate the textbook market, which in turn demonstrates distruptive innovation. The textbook will be revised on a monthly basis by updating financial data and incorporating new financial events. We will use vivid figures and tables to present the development of financial markets and provide corresponding instructions on YouTube to facilitate flipped classroom teaching.
