The main purpose of the study is to explore the status quo and correlation of primary school students' self-regulated English learning attitudes and English academic achievements in English, and to analyze the differences in students' self-regulated English learning attitudes and English academic achievements in different family backgrounds. The information obtained form the survey was descriptive statistical analysis, and the following conclusions were obtained. 1. Both the self-regulated learning and English learning attitude of elementary students turned out higher-intermediate level, and having a good performance in English learning achievement. 2. Significant differences showed on both self-regulated learning and English learning attitude as students were grouped in terms of gender、grade、parent's level of education and school . On the other hand, the learning achievement tended to vary in accordance with the gender and parent's level of education. 3. There are significant positive correlations between self-regulated learning, English learning attitude and English learning achievement.
