摘要

目的：本研究的目的是評估海洛因成癮者的性功能障礙及性荷爾蒙的關係與其危險因子。方法：以社區中20歲以上有性伴侶的男性海洛因成癮患者為樣本進行橫斷面的研究調查。經基本社經資料、性行為和性功能障礙量表之調查，並進行血清睪固酮檢測後，以敘述性統計分析，透過社會人口數據、量表指標數值進行分析評估，並利用二元邏輯斯迴歸模型找出相關因子。結果：一共收集108位參與者的資料，以有、無勃起功能障礙分組下，卡方分析與獨立樣本t檢定結果顯示出兩組間的年齡、婚姻狀況、有無其他疾病、BMI、勃起功能、性高潮、性慾、性交滿意度、整體性生活滿意度、性行為量表、性需求量表有顯著差異，並在調整年齡影響後，研究對象的勃起功能障礙與婚姻狀況、疾病、年齡、BMI及性需求量表得分皆呈顯著相關，而血中睪固酮濃度與成癮者的性功能障礙並無相關。結論：較好的婚姻狀態是性功能障礙的保護因子，伴侶關係與其相伴隨的社會心理狀態，對成癮者性功能障礙的影響值得進一步探討。

Objectives. This study was to evaluate the relationship between sexual dysfunction and serum testosterone among heroin users. Methods. This cross-sectional study recruited heroin users who were aged over 20 year-old living with their sexual partners. Instruments included sexual dysfunction scale (as assessed by the International Index of Erectile Function 15, IIEF-15) and sexual behavior scale. All participants also completed a basic information sheet and serum testosterone test. Using binary logistic regression model, we examined the associations between the determinants and sexual dysfunction. Results. We recruited 108 participants. Based on erectile function status as criteria of analysis, we divided participants to two groups comparing re sults with X^2 test and independent sample t test. We found significant differences in age, marital status, comorbid disease, BMI, erectile function, orgasm, sexual desire, sexual satisfaction, overall sexual satisfaction and sexual behavior. Furthermore, erectile function was significantly associated with marital status, comorbid disease, age, BMI, sexual desire scale after controlling for age. However, serum testosterone was not significantly associated with sexual dysfunction. Conclusion. Marital status was a predictor of better sexual function. The relationship between partner relationship and sexual dysfunction deserves further investigation.
