本研究目的旨在探討運動教練於領導運動團隊時應用家長式領導。研究發現:由於運動教練是指導選手,於運動競賽獲得勝利、奪取獎牌為目標的專業人士,且對於運動選手的行為觀念及人生態度,具有舉足輕重的影響力;因此,其領導行為就顯重要。因家長式領導包含權威、仁慈及德行等領導行為,合乎社會大眾對於運動教練領導行為之要求,且被運動教練及選手所接受,所以,運動教練在指導運動團隊時,其領導行為可應用家長式領導模式,會對其運動團隊有所助益。建議:如能採用德行領導與仁慈領導方式應能對領導團隊有所助益,增加選手對團隊的向心力、凝聚力及認同感,團隊間互動更加融洽,贏得選手信賴景仰,不易產生運動倦怠,進而增進團隊合作及和睦的氣氛。
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships of paternalistic leadership, when the coach led the sport team. Result: The coach is professional, because their aim is to help the athlete to win the game and influence on their behavior and attitude. For this reason, leadership is more significant. paternalistic leadership involves in moral、benevolence and authoritarian and accept by coach and athlete, so use the mode of paternalistic leadership is good in sport team. Suggestion: Adopting leadership of moral and benevolent is helpful. It's not only expand athlete solidarity, cohesion, and identity in the team, but also create a good atmosphere for athletes to interact more harmonious, get trust for each other and reduce athletic burnout.
