曲棍球教練專業知識與技術能力之重要程度評估關聯性研究

A Study of the Correlation between the Importance of Field Hockey Coaches' Professional Knowledge and Their Technique Capability

摘要

本研究以「曲棍球教練專業知識與技術能力之具備程度評估關聯性研究」為探討主軸。研究者針對參加97年度全國中正盃曲棍球的96隊參賽隊伍教練的問卷調查，來分析並瞭解擁有不同人口統計背景變項的曲棍球教練是否反映出在專業知識與技術能力之重要程度上，結果將提供給曲棍球相關訓練人員如教練等作為未來培訓對手的課程安排之參考。結果顯示，在曲棍球教練的性別、年齡、教育程度、目前帶隊層級、從事教練工作年資背景變項上，曲棍球教練的專業知識與技術能力之重要程度均有顯著差異。此外，專業知識與技術能力的重要程度，對曲棍球教練而言，評定標準皆處於「重要」到「非常重要」之間，此便證明，多數曲棍球教練十分認同教練應具有高度的專業知識與技術能力，也必須針對曲棍球的起源與發展有深刻的瞭解，加強球員的精神力訓練，增進團隊實力。

This study aimed to take ”the research on the correlation between the importance of field hockey coaches' professional knowledge and their technique capability” as the core discussion. Nineteen-six field hockey teams participating in the National Chung-Cheng Cup were required for questionnaire survey for exploring whether the variable of coaches with diverse demographic background reflects the differences of their professional knowledge and their technique capability, and the research results are provided as references for further training courses design. Results manifested that variables as gender, age, educational level, current team level and years working as coaches, reflected significant differences upon coaches' professional knowledge and their technique capability. Moreover, for field hockey coaches' view on the important degrees of professional knowledge and technique capability, the criteria are between ”important” and ”very important”. Hence, most coaches' highly agree with the necessities of coaches' high qualifications of professional knowledge and technique capabilities as well as the thorough understanding about the origin and development of field hockey. Also, the enhancement of team player's spiritual training improves their teams' strength.
