立式划槳水域休閒運動簡介之初探

An Introduction to Vertical Paddle Recreation

摘要


臺灣是個好山好水,風景秀麗是國際知名的國家,臺灣四面環海、水資源豐富,具有發展水域休閒運動的潛力,近年來隨著國內水域的開放,水域休閒活動及產業的需求與發展逐漸蓬勃和多元化,水域休閒活動也逐漸成為國人所嚮往的休閒活動之一,立式划槳休閒運動為一種結合衝浪及獨木舟的新興水域休閒活動,機動性高、入門快且老少咸宜的特性下,是一種低衝擊力的水域休閒運動,既有趣又能放鬆紓解壓力,目前是近年來,國內水域休閒運動發展最快的新興項目之一,立式划槳休閒運動潛在的健康益處,它不僅是一種多元化休閒活動,也是健身運動良好的選擇,它能使你身體的核心、背部、腹部等相關肌肉的強化,也能改善調整身體的姿勢及強化身體的平衡能力,立式划槳休閒運動,最重要的是能提升身體健康和消除減輕壓力,進而促進改善心理健康之效益。

Surrounded by sea and rich water resources, Taiwan is a country with good mountains and beautiful scenery, and has the potential to develop water recreation sports. With the opening of domestic waters in recent years, the demand and development of water recreation activities and industries are gradually flourishing and diversifying, and water recreation activities are gradually becoming one of the recreation activities that people in Taiwan aspire to. Vertical paddle recreation is an emerging water recreation activity combining surfing and canoeing, with high mobility, quick entry and suitable for both young and old, it is a low impact water recreation sport, which is fun and relaxing to relieve stress. It is not only a diversified leisure activity, but also a good choice for fitness exercise. It can strengthen your body's core, back, abdomen and other related muscles, as well as improve the posture of your body and strengthen your body's balance. Vertical paddling is a recreational sport that most importantly enhances physical health and eliminates stress, which in turn promotes the benefits of improving mental health.
