有鑑於遊戲治療的蓬勃發展,其治療的效果一直深受學術與實務界的討論。本研究旨在瞭解遊戲治療的發展趨勢,透過搜集國內、外遊戲治療的研究,並彙整具有效性、統計檢驗具顯著成果的研究,進一步以社會網絡分析建立熱門關鍵字的共詞網絡,並分析成因療效之間的關聯程度,探討遊戲治療療效的實證研究基礎與後續可發展之研究方向。本研究整理遊戲治療成因療效的篩選標準如下:(1)使用個別的遊戲治療方法(含親子遊戲治療法)、(2)兒童年齡在12歲以下、(3)使用對照組或比較重複測量設計研究、(4)採用量化統計且有統計顯著性或有發現有效的趨勢。最後,本研究蒐集出國內外從1999年至2022年間的19篇遊戲治療期刊與論文,並萃取出23個成因療效,研究發現遊戲治療成因療效出現頻率最高的關鍵字「外化行為」及「親職壓力」。最後社會網絡中心性圖形顯示,「攻擊行為」和「社會能力」都是遊戲治療熱門關鍵成因療效。
With the development of play therapy, the field has evolved to encompass more diverse therapeutic approaches such as child-centered play therapy and filial therapy. The effectiveness of such treatments has been extensively discussed in academic and professional fields. This study aims to understand the development trends of play therapy by collecting domestic and international research on play therapy. It will compile studies with effectiveness, statistically significant results, and further utilize social network analysis to construct a co-word network of popular treatment factors. Additionally, the study will analyze the degree of correlation between factors and therapeutic effectiveness, as well as potential research directions for the future. The selection of research literature for the study was based on the following criteria: (1) the use of individual play therapy methods, including filial therapy; (2) children aged 12 or below; (3) studies employing control groups or comparative repeated-measures designs; and (4) studies utilizing quantitative statistics with statistical significance or the identification of effective trends. Ultimately, the study collected 19 articles and theses on play therapy from both domestic and international sources spanning from 1999 to 2022, extracting a total of 23 therapeutic factors. The result showed that the most frequently occurring keywords associated with the effectiveness of play therapy were "externalizing behavior" and "parental stress." Finally, the social network centrality graph revealed that "aggressive behavior" and "social skills" were popular key therapeutic factors in play therapy.
