職業訓練學員學習動機與職涯發展能力關係之研究—以高雄市政府委辦職訓為例

A Study of the Relationship between Learning Motivation and Vocational Developing Ability in the Members of Vocational Training Program-Take Kaohsiung City Government for Example.

摘要


目前勞工所面對的是一個更為流動、變化的就業市場,而勞工如何保持隨時因應這種變動態勢,則「終身學習」顯然是一個重要課題。而如何以更有效的培訓方式來提高學員的專業知識與技能,使其兼顧個人、企業、及國家社會之需求、增益其職涯發展能力,進而達到順利就業的最終目的,將是一項值得關注的焦點。本研究主要係以參與高雄市政府委辦職業訓練學員為對象,透過問卷調查法寄出700份問卷,以回收有效問卷504份所蒐集的資料,對各研究假說加以驗證。根據前揭統計分析結果,進行學習動機對職涯發展能力之關係研究,獲知學習動機對職涯發展能力間均呈現顯著的正向影響關係。另從標準化迴歸係數觀之,學習動機各構面變項的β係數為正,表示學習動機之不同構面對「職涯發展能力」各構面上,有顯著的預測力。綜上所論,職訓參訓學員學習動機越高,學習意願越強,則對學習結果的同意程度就越高,也就越能肯定學習活動中職業訓練機構的教學安排,更有興趣再一次或持續投入學習行列中,亦即參與學習的動機會越強;故學習動機與職涯發展能力滿意程度互為因果關係,兩者相輔相成。

Nowadays, employment market is transformed into a totally different one. The employment opportunities and job requirement is not stable fo rever. How a labor adapt him into the trend becoming an important iss ue. Thus, "long life learning" helps labors to enhance one's professional knowledge and skills to meet the requirements of the global market an d finally get the jobs ones want. This research is focus on the members who join the vocational trainin g programs that held by Kaohsiung City Government. 700 questionnair es were issued and 504 successful ones returned to verify each hypothesi s. According to the analysis result, we learned that the learning motivati on has positive affection to vocational developing ability. According to th e outcome of Standardized Regression Coefficients, the regression of lear ning motivation is positive. These results indicate an outstanding predicti on in various frameworks in vocational developing ability. Therefore, higher learning motivation leads to a higher learning satisfa ction, and furthermore they keep learning.
