高中職軍訓教官之工作特性、工作價值觀對工作滿意度關係之研究─以高雄市為例

摘要

軍訓教官面臨2023年退出校園命運，然在退出校園前軍訓教官仍然在校園中努力遂行工作，軍訓教官對學生之品德陶冶、價值觀鎔鑄或學習環境及校園安全的維護，對國家整體教育成效影響頗為深遠，所以軍訓教官其工作特性、工作價值觀與工作滿意度，在某種程度上，將會影響學校運作、學生學習與價值觀之鎔鑄。本研究將以高雄地區軍訓教官同仁作為調查對象，主要在瞭解工作特性、工作價值觀與工作滿意度的情形，並在相關變項中，探討因不同工作特性、工作價值觀與工作滿意度之變異情形以及相關程度。
本研究以服務高雄地區高中職學校軍訓教官為樣本，總計問卷發放193份，回收151份問卷，排除無效問卷及遺漏問卷共13份，有效問卷共計138份，有效問卷比率為71.5%。經SPSS分析得出結果顯示：1.軍訓教官工作特性對工作價值觀具有顯注高度正向影響。2.軍訓教官工作特性對工作滿意度具有顯注高度正向影響。3.軍訓教官工作價值觀對工作滿意度具有顯注高度正向影響。4.軍訓教官背景變項對其工作特性、工作價值觀與工作滿意度皆有部份顯注差異。

The military instructors face the fate of leaving the campus in 2023. However, before leaving the campus, the military instructors are still working hard on the campus. The military instructors influence the students' moral character, value creation or learning environment and campus safety, and the overall educational effectiveness of the country. It is quite far-reaching, so the military instructors' job characteristics, job values and job satisfaction will affect the operation of the school, student learning and values to a certain extent. This study will focus on the military instructors in Kaohsiung, mainly in understanding the characteristics of work, job values and job satisfaction, and explore the variation of different job characteristics, job values and job satisfaction in relevant variables. And the degree of relevance.
This study used a sample of military instructors in high school in Kaohsiung area. A total of 193 questionnaires were distributed, 151 questionnaires were collected, 13 invalid questionnaires and missing questionnaires were excluded, and 138 valid questionnaires were valid. The effective questionnaire ratio was 71.5%. According to SPSS analysis and the results: 1. The job characteristics of military instructors have a highly positive impact on job values. 2. The job characteristics of military instructors have a highly positive impact on job satisfaction. 3. The military instructor's job values have a highly positive impact on job satisfaction. 4. The military change instructor background variables have some significant differences in their job characteristics, job values and job satisfaction.
