本文目的有二:(1)了解臺北市國小教師選擇教科書時的歷程與重視的項目。(2)探討臺北市國小教師使用教科書的方式與困難。研究的方式主要以自編之「臺北市國小教師教科書選用調查問卷」為工具;並在調查結果統計後,再依地區、規模,級任與科任教師等因素,選擇五位熟稔教科書選用情形之教師進行訪談。研究的結論為:(1)教科書選擇已經邁向制度化,但過程專業化可再加強。(2)教師選擇時比較關注一般性的項目,關注的範圍應再擴展。(3)教師以分工合作方式解決選擇時間不足的問題,但在團體決定的過程中仍受諸多因素的影響。(4)教師仍苦於版本領域內容間的重複,跨領域和年段選擇組織之間的協調統整應再加強(5)教師倚賴教科書的情形普遍,仍視其為最重要之教學和學習素材。最後,針對研究結論提出建議供教師選用教科書參考。
There are two purposes in the paper. The first is to understand how elementary school teachers select textbooks and the matters they pay attention to. The second is to explore the methods and difficulties in using textbooks. The main research method was questionnaire investigation. After the data were analyzed, five teachers were interviewed about the result. The results are as follows: (1)The textbook selection institution has been installed, but it needs to be professionalized.(2)When teachers select textbooks concerning the general items, the scope of items should be enlarged. (3)Teachers resolve the problem of short selection time by cooperation. Many factors influenced the decision process. (4)Teachers are concerned by the content overlap between subjects. The committees of subjects and grades should communicate. (5)Teachers rely on textbooks and think that are the most important instruction and learning materials. Finally, some suggestions were proposed for the selection and usage of textbooks in the future.
