Aircraft dispatch is a very important issue in today's aviation industry. Aircraft Operational Dispatcher is one of four jobs that require legally binding licenses, which highlights the importance of this position. Since there are few related studies on Aircraft Dispatch Operations, this research aims to study significant risk factors and dimensions for the position of Aircraft Operational Dispatcher. We conducted an empirical study of Taiwan's airlines based on the human factors model with applied Verbal Aggregation Function. Analyzing and ranking the significant risk factors and dimensions may help airlines to better focus on their major operational and managerial weaknesses in order to improve aircraft dispatch operations under the condition of limited resources.
