摘要

中醫男科泌尿系統常見疾病包括尿道炎、遺尿、小便失禁、睪丸痛、攝護腺肥大、陽痿、陰囊濕疹、男性更年期症候群、男性不孕症，應用中醫治病原則，綜合上述男科常見疾病，透過辨症論治，審病求因，診斷鑑別，產生了正確的治療策略與方向，達到治病的效果，提升中醫診療品質，造福世人。

Common diseases of the male urinary and reproductive system include urethritis, enuresis, urinary incontinence, testicle pain, prostatic hyperplasia, impotence, scrotal eczema, male climacteric syndrome, and male infertility. The application of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) therapeutic principles, such as pattern identification as the basis of treatment and seeking the cause from the patterns identified, enables practitioners to conduct differential diagnosis and provide an accurate therapeutic strategy for implementation. Applying these traditional diagnostic and treatment approaches to achieve effective therapeutic results will elevate the quality of TCM and benefit people across the globe.
