摘要

文獻均報導老年患者的逐年增加，而且對醫療服務的需求也需特別重視，而特別是對於全口無牙的患者而言，標準化的照顧與治療導引是迫切需要的，許多的無牙患者皆曾抱怨過自己的義齒缺乏附著性與穩定性，近年來，上顎植體覆蓋式義齒已經開始使用來改善咀嚼功能與發音。然而對於上顎無牙的患者，依然缺乏足夠的科學證據以成為標準的治療步驟，因此，此文獻回顧的目的為評估植體數目、附連體種類與贋復設計對植體骨頭喪失與覆蓋式義齒預後的影響作討論。

An increasing tendency of elderly patients has been reported and regarded as a caution for medical service. Especially for the edentulous patients, the standard care and treatment guide is urgently needed. A large number of edentulous patients complained of their complete dentures with lack of retention and stability. Recently, the maxillary implant overdentures have been reported to improve chewing functions and phonetics. However, there is a lack of scientific evidence to be a standard treatment protocol for the maxillary edentulous patients. Thus, the aim of this literature review was to assess the effects of implant numbers, attachment types and prosthetic design on the marginal bone loss and overdenture prognosis.
