上顎全口義齒及下顎以植體支持之覆蓋式義齒治療上顎裂患者－病例報告
Using Complete Denture and Implant-Supported Overdenture for Treatment of Cleft Palate Patient - A Case Report
摘要
唇顎裂的患者視病灶部位和範圍大小，除了對顱顏面美觀，在吞嚥及語言功能上也會有不同程度的影響1。上顎復物可設計用於幫助解決病人於語言，咀嚼及美觀上的問題2。本病例報告針對一位65歲患者前牙區顎裂，且具有嚴重牙周病問題之男性患者，紀錄如何製作一個上顎全口義齒及下顎以植體支持之覆蓋式義齒，重建病人美觀、說話及咀嚼的功能，旨能針對類似的唇顎裂患者之復療程提供參考。

Most patients with cleft lip and palate have problems with eating and speech. We reported a 65 year-old male patient with anterior cleft palate accompanied with multiple dental complications and the procedures to restore his speech and mastication function with a complete denture and implant-supported overdenture. This provides a prosthetic reference for similar case.
