馮傑北中原鄉村書寫中的自然關懷

Naturalist Awareness in Fong Jie's (馮傑) Rural Narratives of the Northern Central Earth

並列摘要

The article aims to explore Fong Jie's(馮傑) rural narratives about the flora and agricultural crafts from the Northern Central Earth (i.e. the Central segment of China) as represented in his three books: A Vignette of Earth and Flora(《泥花散帖》), A Thoroughfare Built on the Top of the Hog's Back(《豬身上的一條公路》), and The Cuisine of One's Own(《一個人的私家菜》). Fong Jie is from Henna Province and his writing is focused on the quest and recollection of the Northern Central Chinese culture through the description of the grass, trees, food, smell, events and sceneries of the Northern Central China. In addition, his writing also attempts to emphasize the loss of rural culture and the counterattack of nature caused by the raging advancement of civilization. In addition to the techniques of satires and parodies displayed in the writer's vignette about the folklores and emblematic paintings of the Northern Central China, there are senses of nostalgia and compassion regarding that area. It is through the narration, inspection and concern for the natural world that the writer hopes to bring back all sorts of the lost memories of his hometown. More than that, in his writing, he also demonstrates his affection and connection with the region from the broken pieces of his cultural memory and perception of the rural Northern Central China.
