摘要

很多研究者指出台灣醫學是延續於日治時期而來，然而，日式時期的德日式醫學教育卻又與1950年代的台灣美式醫學發展不同。由此觀之，台灣的醫學教育並非是德日式醫學的延續，反而是一種典範轉型的過程，亦即從德日式醫學轉型為美式醫學。本文主要目的，便是在探討這般轉型的過程。

Pile of researchers have pointed out that Taiwanese medicine comes from the medicine set up by Japanese rulers. However, Japanese medical education is different from American medical education introduced since the 1950s. From this perspective, Taiwan's medical education is not a continuation of German and Japanese medicine, but rather a process of transition, that is, from the German-Japanese medicine to American medicine. The main purpose of this paper is to explore such a transitional process.
