探討社群網路服務應用於緊急醫療救護通報之使用意圖-以Facebook為例

A Study on the Social Networking Service Applying in the Usage Intentions of Emergency System-taking the Case of Facebook for Example

摘要


近年來資訊獲取的管道從傳統的新聞媒體轉向社群網路,緊急意外事件發生時,訊息在第一時間通常能夠透過社群網路傳開。雖然台灣社群網路應用於緊急醫療救護與災情資訊交換的發展較早,但並未納入正式官方之緊急醫療系統通報中。本研究將發展一理論模型,以計畫行為理論為結構基礎,社群網路服務的特性方面,分別加入知覺易用性、信任、協作性、媒體豐富度,並加入「科技準備度」作為干擾變數,更深入地探討民眾對於採用社群網路服務管道進行緊急醫療救護通報之意圖。本研究以結構式問卷進行此理論模型之驗證,各研究構面皆有良好之信度與效度。回收有效問卷共計203份,回收率為86.8%,並使用SPSS20.0進行敘述性統計。結構模型之路徑係數是使用Bootstrap檢定方法反覆抽樣2000次後,計算出路徑係數(β)以及t-value值,進一步判斷本研究的假說關係是否成立。路徑係數檢定結果,「知覺易用性」對「使用意圖」及「態度」,「科技準備度」對「知覺易用性」到「使用意圖」與「知覺易用性」到「態度」不顯著,其餘皆為顯著關係。

The method of acquiring information has been dramatically changed into the social network service recently. Information of emergency accidents also usually spread out by the social network at first time. The development of emergency medical and disaster information exchange system by using the social network has been implemented for a long time in Taiwan actually, but not yet on official use. The empirical study based on the theory of planed behavior and combined with those variables including the characteristics of social network service, perceived ease of use(PEOU), trust, collaboration, media richness, technology readiness, explored the social network service applying in the usage intentions of emergency system in Taiwan today. This cross sectional study used the structured questionnaire survey to verify the theoretical model. All the constructs have good reliability and validity. The total of 203 respondents were collected, the valid response rate was 86.8%. SPSS 20.0 was used to analyze the statistics. The results indicated that the PEOU is not significantly affecting the usage intentions and attitude, and technology readiness is not significantly affecting the PEOU to the usage intentions and attitude.
