This study was based on Expatriate employees who were working in mainland China, a total of 600 questionnaires were issued, to verify the impact of personal attributes on job satisfaction. The study found the following: analysis of the Differences in Job Satisfaction of Different Gender Employees, t-test analysis results show, gender variables in internal satisfaction and external satisfaction were significant difference, after the fact, the average is known, men are more satisfied internally and externally than women.
