性別與工作滿意度之探討

The Study of Gender Differences in Job Satisfaction

摘要


本研究是以外派大陸員工為研究對象,共發出600份問卷,來驗證個人屬性對工作滿意度的影響。本研究發現如下:不同性別的員工在工作滿意度之差異分析,經t-test分析結果顯示,性別變項在內在滿意、外在滿意達顯著差異,經事後比較平均數可知,男性在內在滿意、外在滿意度均高於女性。

This study was based on Expatriate employees who were working in mainland China, a total of 600 questionnaires were issued, to verify the impact of personal attributes on job satisfaction. The study found the following: analysis of the Differences in Job Satisfaction of Different Gender Employees, t-test analysis results show, gender variables in internal satisfaction and external satisfaction were significant difference, after the fact, the average is known, men are more satisfied internally and externally than women.
