摘要


近年來,台灣勞工成本越來越高的趨勢下,許多台商紛紛移至海外尋求成本較低的地區發展,而中國大陸地區就成為了首選。外派人員是企業最重要資產,也是企業海外經營的成功要素。本研究收集了253位大陸外派人員,回收問卷資料處理以敘述統計分析、因素分析及迴歸分析。研究結果如下:1.工作特性中工作完整性對內在滿意度有顯著影響。2.工作特性中工作自主性對內在滿意度有顯著影響。3.工作特性中技能多樣性對內在滿意度有顯著影響。4.工作特性對外在滿意度無顯著影響。

In recent years, the labor cost increases in Taiwan, most of Taiwanese businessmen have been relocating to overseas with lower labor costs. China has been the top destination for investment. Expatriates are the most important estates of the business and also the key success factor for the business in overseas. This study uses questionnaire survey targeted in Chain and got 253 responses. The statistical techniques used are descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and regression analysis. The main results of this thesis as follows: 1. Task identity has significant positive impacts on intrinsic satisfaction. 2. Autonomy has significant positive impacts on intrinsic satisfaction. 3. Skill diversity has significant positive impacts on intrinsic satisfaction. 4. Job characteristics have no significant positive impacts on external satisfaction.
