In recent years, the labor cost increases in Taiwan, most of Taiwanese businessmen have been relocating to overseas with lower labor costs. China has been the top destination for investment. Expatriates are the most important estates of the business and also the key success factor for the business in overseas. This study uses questionnaire survey targeted in Chain and got 253 responses. The statistical techniques used are descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and regression analysis. The main results of this thesis as follows: 1. Task identity has significant positive impacts on intrinsic satisfaction. 2. Autonomy has significant positive impacts on intrinsic satisfaction. 3. Skill diversity has significant positive impacts on intrinsic satisfaction. 4. Job characteristics have no significant positive impacts on external satisfaction.
