The study was based on 200 expatriate employees as total are the samples for the questionnaire. The returned questionnaires were 156 copies and the returned rate was 78%. SPSS were adopted to analyze this data. The study found the following: analysis of the differences in job satisfaction of different marriage employees, t-test analysis results show, marriage variables in internal satisfaction were significant difference, after the fact, the average is known, married employees is higher than the unmarried.
