本研究探討兼任行政職務教師人格特質、工作壓力及壓力因應策略對工作倦怠之影響。共發出430份問卷,回收有效問卷共397份。問卷內容包含了基本資料、人格特質、工作壓力及壓力因應策略與工作倦怠量表。研究發現國中兼任行政職務教師整體人格特質屬於中高程度,以親和性為最高。整體工作壓力屬中等程度,工作負荷是主要來源。整體壓力因應策略使用頻率屬於中高程度,其中尋求協助最高。整體工作倦怠屬中等程度,情緒耗竭是造成工作倦怠的主要因素;教師背景變項的不同,在人格特質、工作壓力、壓力因應策略及工作倦怠上,有部分的顯著差異;人格特質與工作倦怠達顯著負相關。工作壓力與工作倦怠達顯著正相關。壓力因應策略構面中,延宕逃避與工作倦怠達顯著正相關。三變項中以工作壓力與工作倦怠相關程度最高;兼任行政職務教師在人格特質、工作壓力、壓力因應策略三變項中,只有工作壓力對工作倦怠具有顯著預測力。
The main purpose of the study showed the current situations on personality traits, work pressure, and response tactics on job burnout for part-time administrative teachers in junior high schools in Chuang-Hwa County. The researcher tried to investigate how part-time administrative teachers' background and personality traits would affect the teachers to deal with their work pressure, response tactics, and job burnout. The questionnaires were extended for 430 copies, and 397 of them were valid. There were five scales included in the questionnaire. They were Personal Information Scale, Personality Traits Scale, Work Pressure Scale, Response Tactics Scale, and Job Burnout Scale. From the study, the researcher got the conclusions: first, part-time administrative teachers' personality traits, which level were from medium to high, were fasten on their working satisfaction, agreeableness especially; second, overall work pressure, which level was just medium, mainly came from workloads; third, when teachers had work pressure, they would ask for assistance; last, emotional exhaustion was the main factor to bring the feeling of job burnout. There were partial significant differences while the teachers had different backgrounds. There was negative correlation about Personality Traits vs. Job Burnout. There was positive correlation about Work Pressure vs. Job Burnout, and there was positive correlation about Delays Escape vs. Job Burnout. Of all the three, Work Pressure most correlated closely with Job Burnout. And the variable work pressure was the only one that had the significant prediction to job burnout.
