The aim of our study is to investigate the relationship between inclusive leadership and job burnout of elementary school mentors. Using internet social media,220 valid questionnaires were recruited. After conducting independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and regression, the results showed: 1. The degree of inclusive leadership and job burnout is upper-middle level. 2. There were only partial significances on job burnout for sex and age. 3. The health significantly influenced inclusive leadership and job burnout. 4. Inclusive leadership had a significant impact on job burnout. Based on the research findings, this study provided several recommendations for practitioners.
