摘要

本文旨在探討攀西地區發展康養旅遊會面臨的問題與對策，透過訪談攀西地區康養旅遊目的地商家和居民，釐清康養旅遊發展的問題。研究發現，受訪商家和居民對康養旅遊資源價值形成的觀點有差異，商家認為“康養宜居”是終極價值，居民認為“享受生活”是終極價值。其次，攀西康養旅遊發展問題主要包括康養旅遊吸引力、康養旅遊基礎設施和服務保障和康養旅遊價值這三個方面。據此，本研究對應的可行性建議，供政府、旅遊企業與後續研究參考。

This study aims to discuss the problems and policies for the development of health and wellness tourism at Panxi, and clarify the problems of its development through interviews with merchants and residents nearby the destinations at Panxi. Findings showed that the respondents have different views on the formation of health and wellness tourism value. Merchants believed that ＂health and wellness and livability＂ was the ultimate value, and residents believed that ＂enjoy life＂ was the ultimate value. Moreover, the health and wellness tourism development issues at Panxi mainly included the attractiveness, the infrastructure and service guarantee, and the unique value for health and wellness tourism. Accordingly, the corresponding feasibility recommendations of this study were drawn to the government, tourism enterprises and follow-up studies.
