隨著媒體的報導,職場過勞問題逐漸受到社會大眾的重視。為了加強勞工對自己身體健康之重視,我國政府設計出一套過勞風險評估及個人健康管理系統,幫助勞工掌握自己的身體健康狀況。因此,本研究期望透過保護動機理論,結合整合性科技接受模式理論,加入信任及隱私顧慮,探討影響勞工使用健康照護資訊平台的意圖。本研究以問卷發放,共蒐集210份有效問卷,並以統計軟體SPSS 20.0和Smart PLS 3.2進行資料分析。勞工對於健康行為、科技使用、知覺易感性、績效期望、努力期望、社會影響、信任皆會正向影響使用者使用意圖。其中以社會影響變數影響使用意圖最高。整體研究架構的解釋力為66.5%。本研究結果可作為未來與勞工健康照護相關研究之參考。
Through the media reports, burnout problem is valued gradually by more people. In order to strengthen labor's attention to their own health, Taiwan's government has designed risk assessment for burnout and personal health management system, helping labors control their health. We expected that through the PMT and combined with the UTAUT, adding trust and privacy concerns, to explore what factors will affect labors' intentions to use health care information platforms. This research uses questionnaires and takes the labors who have used the platform as the survey object. A total of 210 valid questionnaires are collected. The statistical software SPSS 20.0 and Smart PLS 3.2 are used for data analysis. Labor's health behavior, technology use, perceived susceptibility, performance expectations, effort expectations, social impact, and trust all positively affect users' intentions to use. Among them, social influence variables have the highest intention to use. The overall research framework is interpretive. 66.5%. The results of this study can be used as a reference for future research related to labor health care.
