網路用戶信任感知之探討-以Google為例

A Study on the Web User's Trust Perception - A Case of Google

摘要


在這幾年來網路快速發展,吸引民眾大量使用網路,也引發了許多社會問題。但其中對於網路使用者的信任感知是值得探討的議題。本研究調查以中部地區使用者為對象,共發出700份問卷,有效回收問卷份數為635份。資料分析是透過描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析,結果如下:性別對信任感知有顯著差異影響。婚姻對信任感知有顯著差異影響。年齡對信任感知有顯著差異影響。最後依研究結果提出建議,作為產業後續參考。

In recent years the rapid development of the internet users, attracting a large number of Internet users participate and Google has become the focus of social issues. Internet user's trust perception is worth to discuss. The questionnaire was distributed to 700 web user's, and were completed and validated by 635. The data would be analyzed through Descriptive Statistics, Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA. The results are as follows: Gender variables in trust perception were significant difference. Marriage variables in trust perception were significant difference. Age variables in trust perception were significant difference.
