網路用戶信任感知對流暢度與滿意度影響之探討─以Google為例

摘要


在這幾年來網路快速發展,吸引民眾大量使用網路,也引發了許多社會問題。但其中對於網路使用者的信任感知是值得探討的議題。本研究調查以中部地區使用者為對象,共發出700份問卷,有效回收問卷份數為635份。研究假設以迴歸分析加以驗證,實證結果顯示信任感知對流暢度有正向預測力;信任感知對滿意度有正向預測力。

In recent years the rapid development of the internet users, attracting a large number of Internet users participate and Google has become the focus of social issues. Internet user's trust perception is worth to discuss. The questionnaire was distributed to 700 web user's, and were completed and validated by 635. The Regression Analysis was used for data analysis. Empirical data showed that trust perception had the significant prediction to flow; trust perception had the significant prediction to satisfaction.
