應用Google AdWords大數據平台探討網路搜尋量於3C公司營收與股價表現之相關性

摘要


在近幾年大數據(Big Data)在學術界與產業界是一個熱門的話題之一,如何透過運用大數據資料的分析及趨勢預測來影響當今社會已成為個重要的議題,本研究透過使用Google公司所提供之Google AdWords關鍵字廣告工具來探討網路搜尋量於3C公司營收與股價表現之相關性。首先,透過商業模式畫布來做分析Google 公司後了解此公司之概況及其核心價值;然後,使用藍海策略分析出Google關鍵字廣告與傳統廣告業的差異性及創立新藍海;最後,透過蒐集台灣近兩年關鍵字搜尋量的資料來探討關鍵字搜尋量對個案公司營收與股價表現。本研究探討的企業為HTC、ASUS以及ACER來進行案例分析,並以使用視覺化圖形的方式來呈現分析結果。由分析結果後顯示出,搜尋量的變化對公司的營收及其股市表現確實有明顯相關影響,這不僅顯示出網路的影響性正在不斷提升,也顯示出大眾平均使用網路的次數是越來越頻繁。透過此研究方式,可以對未來趨勢做預測的動作,也希望能將此方式運用在不同領域上,可以獲得個人投資理財擬定、投資決策、產業景氣以及投資風險警示的詳細調查。

In recent years, Big Data is one of hot topics in academia and industry. How to apply the analyzed results and trends prediction via big data analysis have become important issues in today’s society. This thesis applies the well-known Google’s keyword advertising platform, Google AdWords, to investigate the associations of internet search volume to the revenue and stock price of 3C companies. First, this work analyzes Google by use of business model canvas to understand its operating statuses and core values of the company. Then, this work implements the analysis of Blue Ocean Strategy to locate the differences between Google AdWords and traditional advertising platforms. Finally, this works collects the data/information of keyword search volume in Taiwan within the latest two years to investigate the associations of keyword search volume to the revenue and stock price of case companies. The selected case companies are HTC, ASUS, and ACER. The analyzed results will be presented for the three case companies by using graphic visualization. From the results, the variations of search volume indeed will affect the company's revenue and stock market performance. Obviously, it is not only shows that the impact of the use of Internet is adding continuously day by day, but also shows that the number of usage on surge of internet is increasing significantly. Moreover, this work can provide as the useful information regarding to the future trends prediction and can apply to obtain the detailed surveys regarding to the personal investment planning and financial management, decision-making of investment, status of industry boom, and alert of investment risk.
