The concept of "overseas investment" has been flourishing in recent years, more and more Taiwan enterprises seek to invest and set up manufactories in China. The purpose of this research is to study the effect of expatriates' adaptation on job satisfaction in Chain. This study uses questionnaire survey targeted in Chain and got 145 responses. The statistical techniques used are descriptive statistics, and regression analysis. The main results of this thesis as follows: 1. The job adaptation has influence on intrinsic satisfaction. 2. The daily adaptation has influence on intrinsic satisfaction. 3. The job adaptation has influence on extrinsic satisfaction. 4. The daily adaptation has influence on extrinsic satisfaction. 5. The interaction adaptation has no influence on intrinsic satisfaction. 6. The interaction adaptation has no influence on extrinsic satisfaction.
