外派大陸人員海外適應力對工作滿意度之影響

The Influence of Expatriates Adaptation on Job Satisfaction in China

摘要


近年來海外投資的概念盛行,越來越多的台灣企業尋求在大陸投資設廠。本研究主要探討外派大陸人員海外適應力對工作滿意度之影響,本研究收集了145位大陸外派人員,回收問卷資料處理以敘述統計分析及迴歸分析。研究結果如下:1.工作適應對內在滿意度有其影響。2.生活適應對內在滿意度有其影響。3.工作適應對外在滿意度有其影響。4.生活適應對外在滿意度有其影響。5.互動適應對內在滿意度沒有其影響。6.互動適應對外在滿意度沒有其影響。

The concept of "overseas investment" has been flourishing in recent years, more and more Taiwan enterprises seek to invest and set up manufactories in China. The purpose of this research is to study the effect of expatriates' adaptation on job satisfaction in Chain. This study uses questionnaire survey targeted in Chain and got 145 responses. The statistical techniques used are descriptive statistics, and regression analysis. The main results of this thesis as follows: 1. The job adaptation has influence on intrinsic satisfaction. 2. The daily adaptation has influence on intrinsic satisfaction. 3. The job adaptation has influence on extrinsic satisfaction. 4. The daily adaptation has influence on extrinsic satisfaction. 5. The interaction adaptation has no influence on intrinsic satisfaction. 6. The interaction adaptation has no influence on extrinsic satisfaction.
