摘要

本研究目的探討游泳教學班家長參與動機之研究。採問卷調查法以叢集抽樣方式進行資料蒐集，以高雄地區報名自然風事業機構游泳教學班家長為研究對象，共發出問卷400份，有效回收問卷380份，有效回收率為96%。資料處理以SPSS 12.0 for Windows進行統計分析，資料分析方法以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析。研究結果發現如下：一、本研究以學員三～四年級、家長年齡36～40歲、職業家管、學歷大專院校、月收入20,000以下為主、家長性別以女性（母親）居多。二、不同家長性別在參與動機「社會與健康需求」達顯著性差異。三、不同家長教育程度在參與動機「社會與健康需求」達顯著性差異。四、不同家長月收入在參與動機「社會與健康需求」達顯著差異。

The research purpose was to explore the r parents' participation motivation in swimming teaching .The questionnaire were hand out by cluster analysis to the swimming pools was those in the four chain spas in Kaohsiung District: The data were generated from 400 questionnaires retrieved from totally 380 copies investigated. The efficient return-ration was 96%. The data processing carries on to statistics analysis with the SPSS 12.0 for Windows, the data analysis for the Descriptive Statistic, Independent Samples t- test, One-way ANOVA. The result was as follows: 1. The most of participant was in 3 grades to 4 grades students, parents was in age from 36-40 years old, housekeeper, college degree, income was under 20,000. female. 2. Different sex parents and their participation motivation on ”social and health needs” had significance different. 3. Different education degree parents and their participation motivation on ”social and health needs” had significance different. 4. Different genders parents participation motivations of ”social and health needs” had significance different.
