國小棒球隊經營管理與家長參與關聯之研究

摘要

棒球運動在臺灣一直是一個非常受到歡迎的運動，過往也有過輝煌的歷史，更是臺灣目前少數有職業聯盟的運動項目。在這樣的歷史背景下，加上電視轉播的推波助瀾之下，越來越多的孩子願意從事棒球運動，也有越來越多的社區棒球隊成立。不過在筆者從事棒球運動的觀察之下，家長一直是小球員能否從事棒球運動最主要的因素。本研究旨在探討目前國小棒球發展棒球運動的現況，並探究家長對於孩子參加球隊的參與度情況，希冀能深入了解國小棒球隊的家長參與程度對於球隊及孩子的影響。本研究透過經營管理、課業影響、健康層面、升學管道等四個方向來探討臺中市基層棒球家長參與現況，研究發現國小棒球隊經營現況如下：少子化的現象衝擊著國小棒球隊的招生人數。在場地的部分，有些學校的棒球隊是沒有場地可以練習的。經費補助部分，每年的補助款以前一年的成績為主，對於新球隊沒有成績但又急需補助款是一大考驗。在家長參與的部分，本研究發現，球員的課業成績是影響家長支持的主要因素，過多的課業期待也會影響家長對於球隊參與的表現。另外家長對於孩子運動傷害及心理發展非常重視，未來可以教練增能研習裡多學習運動傷害及心理學相關課程，並與家長多溝通。整體而言，目前臺中市的國小球隊規模及競爭力都不錯，教練能從旁協助並與家長多溝通，讓孩子能順利進入理想的學校。國小棒球運動發展除了仰賴教練們的努力之外，家長們的支持及參與也是一支球隊能否永續經營的重要因素。與家長制訂好球隊管理規範，不讓家長有熱心過頭的情形，家長與教練同心協力，一起協助孩子在棒球的道路上成長。

Baseball has always been a very popular sport in Taiwan, and it has a glorious history in the past. It is also one of the few sports in Taiwan that has a professional league. Under this historical background, coupled with the help of television broadcasts, more and more children are willing to engage in baseball, and more and more community baseball teams have been established. However, under the observation of the author's involvement in baseball, parents have always been the most important factor in the ability of young players to engage in baseball. The purpose of this research is to explore the current status of elementary and elementary school baseball's development of baseball, and to explore the participation of parents in their children's participation in the team. It is hoped that we can have a deeper understanding of the impact of parental participation in elementary and elementary baseball teams on the team and children. This study explores the current situation of parental participation in baseball at the grassroots level in Taichung City through four directions: business management, academic impact, health aspects, and pathways for further studies. The study found that the current status of elementary school baseball teams is as follows: the phenomenon of declining birthrate impacts the admissions of elementary school baseball teams Number of people. In the area of the field, some school baseball teams do not have a field to practice. For the part of the funding subsidy, the annual subsidy is mainly based on the performance of the previous year. It is a big test for the new team that has no results but is in urgent need of the subsidy. In the part of parent participation, this study found that the player's academic performance is the main factor that affects parent support. Excessive academic expectations will also affect parents' performance in team participation. In addition, parents attach great importance to children's sports injury and psychological development. In the future, they can learn more about sports injury and psychology courses in the coaching training and communicate more with parents. On the whole, the current size and competitiveness of the elementary schools in Taichung City are good. Coaches can assist and communicate more with parents so that children can enter the ideal school smoothly. In addition to the efforts of the coaches for the development of elementary and elementary school baseball, the support and participation of parents is also an important factor in the sustainability of a team. Formulate team management standards with parents to prevent parents from becoming overzealous. Parents and coaches work together to help their children grow on the path of baseball.
