七股地區生態旅遊服務品質探討－非營利組織成員及遊客觀點

摘要

七股地區施行生態旅遊行之有年，在政府大力推廣及民間團體的配合經營之下，七股地區已成為全臺灣著名的生態旅遊勝地。本研究藉由對七股地區有直接感受的遊客及對與七股地區最了解的非營利組織成員兩方面進行問卷調查，藉由七股地區遊客對現階段七股地區生態旅遊服務品質項目進行評估，藉由非營利組織成員長期對於七股地區的生態旅遊參與及了解，以了解近幾年來七股地區生態旅遊的成果；結果顯示七股地區應加強解說告示牌的設置及告知遊客對於各項活動所有的保險內容及權益，並在各景點加設緊急救護站及遊客中心以確保遊客在遊玩時的安全及品質，研究結果也顯示遊客及非營利團體成員對於解說服務給予高度的肯定。

Chi-Ku area is one of famous ecotourism sites in Taiwan. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the service quality in Chi-Ku area by questionnaires in view of NGO members and tourists. Results suggested that increasing interpretation boards and announcing insurance and right for tourists are required. The safety and service quality of tourists can be achieved by setting up first-aid station and information center. Positive feedbacks from both tourists and NGO members confirmed the effects of interpretation services.
