解說服務品質量表發展

Development and Validation of the Interpretation Service Quality Scale

摘要


本研究目的為發展一式評估解說服務品質的量表,依循量表建議步驟建製,使其成為標準化的量測工具,提供予具有解說服務之相關機構利用。 透過文獻探討,本研究將解說服務品質概分為人員、實體、設計及績效等四個構面。實地至有提供解說服務的遊憩地點發放問卷,以便利抽樣方式發放,共回收有效問卷950份。 問卷資料經統計分析後,形成34題的解說服務品質量表。透過驗證性因素分析之競爭模式策略,選出二階四因素斜交模式為最佳模式。二階構面分別命名為「人員因素」,其一階子構面為:專業知識、解說技能和服務態度;「實體因素」,子構面有:服務環境、導覽告示牌、導覽出版品及導覽多媒體;「設計因素」,子構面有:環境設計和服務規劃;「績效因素」,子構面有:服務體驗與整體績效。經驗證後,此模式具有良好的信度和建構效度,本解說服務品質量表可供後續相關研究使用。

The purpose of this study is to develop and construct the Interpretation Service Quality Scale. Based on the procedure of scale development, the researcher constructed a standardized measurable tool for service organization to make good use of it. According to the relevant literature, the researcher developed multiple dimensions of the interpretation service quality. There were four dimensions in the scale, “personal”, “physical”, “design” and “outcome”. Sampled from visitors who had received the interpretation service, there were 950 valid samples for this study. By proper statistical procedure to analyze the data showed that interpretation service quality scale has 34 items. Structural equation modeling and competing modeling of confirmatory factor analysis are adopted to select the optimal model and assure the reliability and validity of the scale. The result demonstrated that a second-order four-factor oblique model could be considered the best model. The 2nd-order factor was named personal factor, physical factor, design factor and outcome factor. Each of these dimensions consists of the corresponding sub-dimensions: professional knowledge, interpretative skills, service attitude (personal factor); service environment, guidable signs, guidable publication, guidable multimedia (physical factor); environmental design, service planning (design factor); service experience, overall performance (outcome factor). The reliability and construct validity of the model has been confirmed, and this scale can be used for further investigation.
