遊客中心解說效果之評估

Evaluating the Effectiveness of Interpretation in Visitor Center

摘要


本研究之目的主要在評估玉山國家公園塔塔加遊客中心十二機多媒體及室內展示的解說成效。以遊客對不同媒體解說的接受比例、對解說內容記憶多寡、認知程度的改變及態度的改變等四項標準作爲測量指標。研究結果顯示66%的遊客接受遊客中心之解說服務。接受十二機多媒體解說者與接受室內展示者在對解說內容的記憶多寡上有差異性存在,而在對國家公園的認知程度與遊客態度兩項評估準則上無顯著差異。

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the visitors' response to two kinds of interpretation activities at the Tatachia visitor center, Yushan national park-multi-image interpretation and indoor exhibits. By comparing the visitors' attention to the presentation, their retention of information, cognition of the national park and attitude change, we can evaluate the effectiveness of different interpretation media. The result showed that 66% of the visitors had accepted interpretation service at visitor center. Their retention of information was significantly related to the interpretation media they accepted. However, their cognition of national park and attitude changes were no significant differences.
