本研究旨在瞭解身為公務人員,但執行教保業務的公立托兒所教保人員的休閒阻礙及休閒滿意度情況,以臺北市為範疇,進行問卷調查,並以SPSS分析有效問卷(N=219)。結果顯示其休閒阻礙以「工作負荷」最大,「缺乏滿足與支持」較小;休閒滿意度則以「身心放鬆」高於「人際美感」。而個人屬性如年齡、工作年資、婚姻狀況於休閒阻礙部份有顯著差異;然教育程度、薪資收入、工作職稱則無顯著差異。至於休閒滿意度,因年齡、工作年資、薪資收入、婚姻狀況不同有顯著差異,教育程度、工作職稱則無差異。整體而言,「休閒阻礙」與「休閒滿意度」有些許程度相關至中程度的相關,呈現顯著負相關;其中,「工作負荷」與「缺乏滿足與支持」對「人際美感」的休閒滿意度有負向影響,「活動參與障礙」對「身心放鬆」有顯著負向影響。
This study is to examine the relationship between leisure constraints and leisure satisfaction. The data concern the sample of public servants (N=219) with multi-roles serving in Taipei metropolitan as day-care workers. The findings reveal that overall they have perceived moderate level of leisure constraints and satisfaction. As reported, 'work load' is the biggest leisure constraint; otherwise, 'lack of satisfaction and support' as the least. In leisure satisfaction, the 'relaxation' is seen more enjoyed than 'interpersonal relationship & esthetics'. Personal characteristics, such as age, experience, marriage status, are found differentiating in perceived leisure constraints. However, monthly income emerges as additional variant to leisure satisfaction. In general, the leisure constraints and leisure satisfaction are seen correlated negatively. It is found that both of 'work load' and 'lack of satisfaction and support' constraints negatively influence the satisfaction of 'interpersonal relationship & esthetics'. Likewise, 'activity-participating obstacle' has negative effect on 'relaxation' satisfaction.
