摘要

本研究旨在探討高職建教生休閒運動生活型態、參與動機與價值觀之關係。本研究對象為彰化縣私立大慶商工建教生。採用問卷調查法，以立意抽樣方法取得研究樣本，有效問卷共計464份，有效問卷率為98.9%。統計分析方法以逐步迴歸。研究結論為：一、休閒運動生活型態中消費實際型、觀賞娛樂型、獨自享樂型、人際關係型、學習精進型、健康適能型、疏壓釋放型及酬賞博奕型8個自變項，對休閒運動參與動機健康適能、心理需求、社會需求、知識需求及刺激避免5個依變項皆有部分顯著預測力。二、休閒運動參與動機健康適能、心理需求、社會需求、知識需求及刺激避免5個自變項，對休閒運動價值觀個人性、社會性、能力性及道德性4個依變項皆有部分顯著預測力。三、休閒運動生活型態中消費實際型、觀賞娛樂型、獨自享樂型、人際關係型、學習精進型、健康適能型、疏壓釋放型及酬賞博奕型8個自變項，對休閒運動價值觀個人性、社會性、能力性及道德性4個依變項皆有部分顯著預測力。根據研究結果提出建議，以供對建教生休閒運動生活型態及未來研究之參考。

The study aims to investigate the relationship of the leisure sport lifestyle, participating motivation and value for the students of Dah-Chin Commercial and Industrial Vocational High Schools in cooperative program. The descriptive statistics and stepwise regression are utilized in this study. The results show that the leisure sport lifestyle is a significant predicted variable relating to the dependent variable of participating motivation. On the hand, the participating motivations and the leisure sport lifestyle are significant predicted variables regarding to the dependent variable of values of participants. This study can be useful in the process of developing cooperative program.
